Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to the three Team-Training-App sales websites that run on the same technical foundation with an identical accessibility implementation: team-training.klivantis.ai, eu-ai-act.klivantis.ai and empco.klivantis.ai. This English version is provided for convenience; the German original (/barrierefreiheit.html) is authoritative.
Whether the Bulgarian accessibility legislation (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продуктите и услугите, transposing EU Directive 2019/882) is legally applicable to this page is not conclusively settled: it is primarily a marketing/lead-generation page with manual appointment scheduling, not an e-commerce checkout in the narrow sense of the directive. The WCAG 2.1 AA information below is therefore provided as a precaution and as good practice, independent of this legal classification.
1. State of compliance
We developed this website with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA. This includes, among other things: full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, sufficient colour contrast in both display modes (light/dark), semantic HTML with a correct heading structure, alternative text for images, and a "skip to content" link.
This assessment is based on a self-evaluation carried out during development, not on an external, independent audit. A formal external audit has not yet taken place.
2. Known limitations
- Scheduling for consultation calls via Google Meet is deliberately not handled through an automated booking widget, but manually after your contact request - this avoids a potential source of errors from third-party booking tools.
- This statement will be updated whenever significant content or structural changes are made to the website.
3. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared in August 2026 during the development of this website.
4. Feedback and contact details
If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at info@klivantis.ai. We aim to respond promptly.
5. Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent Bulgarian market surveillance authority: the Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, KZP), responsible under the Bulgarian Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (Закон за изискванията за достъпност на продуктите и услугите, in force since 28 June 2025, transposing EU Directive 2019/882), kzp.bg.
